This commit adds keyboard layout selector (Settings -> "Change keyboard layout" in left-side settings).
Closes #65.
Draft PR for now as styling is dirty and uncompleted (scrollbars unstylised even with
scrollbar-colorandscrollbar-widthattributes, textarea's placeholder is not shown correctly, textarea does not have a lot of space...); @Litarvan you said you wanted to do it, then have fun.Please note that this PR would update the theme to version 3.3.0 (
package.jsonandversionfiles are already edited).
